This piece is a collaboration with Ben Marlan. Ben currently has a show of unspeakably charming landscape paintings on long thin strips of wood at Just a Taste in Ithaca. He asked if I would take five of his paintings and turn them into a book, and this is what I came up with. The dark blue panels are hinged together, so they can be removed from the support bar and folded up like a screen. I also added some of my own digital cloud-based images to go with Ben's clouds.
This wall sculpture is 4 feet long, 2.5 feet high.
