Winter Montages

To mark our rapid descent into winter, I made a couple photomontages of scenes around the house.

First is a closeup of our lawn mower's snowblower attachment:

which inspired this poem (sorry, Dr. Williams):

so much depends
upon

an orange snow
blower

in the town of
Enfield

beside the grey
cinder block.


And then here is our cabin with an actual poem, an early gem by Wallace Stevens:
